Each task can be assigned a priority (low, medium, high) and a status to represent its health (e.g., on track, at risk, blocked).
To set a task’s priority and status:
- Click on the task you want to update.
- In the “Priority” field, select the desired priority level.
- In the “Status” field, select the appropriate status for the task.
- Click “Save” to update the task’s priority and status.
Additionally, you can add custom status and priority from the side task window. This allows you to choose a name and color for your priority and status.
