Setting Task Priorities and Statuses

< 1 min read

Each task can be assigned a priority (low, medium, high) and a status to represent its health (e.g., on track, at risk, blocked).

To set a task’s priority and status:

  1. Click on the task you want to update.
  2. In the “Priority” field, select the desired priority level.
  3. In the “Status” field, select the appropriate status for the task.
  4. Click “Save” to update the task’s priority and status.

Additionally, you can add custom status and priority from the side task window. This allows you to choose a name and color for your priority and status.
